Today's output from the sewing room

Another block for the Christmas sampler.  These trees are foundation paper pieced.

I saw the star in a post on my social media, and found instructions to make it.  May make more.

W popped out briefly this morning to get a haircut, but apart from that we've not left the premises.

The weather is supposed to warm up from tomorrow, and it's raining now (rather than snowing).  But the apartment and our bodies are so thoroughly chilled through that it's difficult to feel the improvement.
