Notes: Was awake till 2a and not in a good place. Wrote and re-wrote Moira a couple times but waited to send until first thing in the morning (done walking dogs and called her out on all the lies she's been spreading about me). Left for CLW around 1115a, took the back way up the beach and Park/Starkey/Keene. We went to lunch at Saigon Bowl near his place and then on to Publix for his big shopping. Back and downloaded a Roku app for his TCL tv since one remote isn't working well. Took lots of time getting back, down 19 thru all the traffic, all the way to the Bayway, gas at 7-Eleven there and signed up for the rewards account. Was near 445p when I returned, poured an NA beer and sat out back by the pool in the cooling evening before taking a hot shower. So tired and just mentally drained ...
