The laptop saga continues

A sticky key means the new laptop has to be replaced. Needless to say it's not a straightforward swap. Because it was purchased online (it wasn't available in store) it has to be sent back at which point they will send a new one which will take another 3-5 days. It was collected on Monday so I'm hoping the new one will be here next week. They have the cheek to call it customer service.
