Teacher Christmas Cards

Stencils are our friends!
Christmas messages written.
Full concentration.

Busy day today.  I tried to have a bit of a lie in whilst Mr KCNQ2Haiku took Ben for a walk but there was a bit of jack-hammer situation outside the window, digging up the pavement for gas pipes :-/ At 8:30am on a Sunday morning.  Seemed a bit excessive.  But never mind, Ben enjoyed watching them work which was an added bonus!  We did some stencilling for teacher Christmas cards, Ben really coloured them in nicely, he normally colours in straight lines, left to right and does the same bit of paper over and over, which means he doesn't cover the whole space but he really concentrated on colouring in all the gaps on the stencil, so I was quite impressed.  The only problem is knowing how to pick who to send them too! There are so many staff who work with him, it actually makes you realise just how many and how fortunate we are.  We limited it to 9 but there were many more that got missed.  Then I made a roast dinner, we were supposed to be at my Mum's this weekend but she isn't well so we appeased Ben by saying we'd do a practice Christmas Dinner instead.  Could be worse!
After lunch we tidied up and hoovered and then went for a walk in the woods.  It was still very icy even though it's been raining and supposedly is warmer.  We're going in the right direction though.
Home for leftovers and a bit of Minecraft.  Just your typical Sunday evening!
