Croyde & Saunton Beaches

A damp start to the day, and very windy. After lunch decided to pop over to Croyde to deliver a couple of Christmas gifts.  On route I stopped in one of  the small laybys, overlooking Saunton Sands between Saunton and  Croyde. If you look in the second extra, in the distance you can see the west of Appledore.

The tide had turned and was on its way out and the main image shows Croyde Bay with Baggy Point in the distance. 

The other extra is of the candles display in my porch, it was raining so it was a grab shot.! Well that is my excuse ;-))

Hope your day has gone well. With my cold hanging around I thought I should do a covid test, and all clear, breath sigh of relief :-)
