Lesson learnt

My sourdough loaves came out fine except I put them on grease proof paper rather than parchment paper before I put them in the cooking pots and the paper is well stuck on so extra flavour. They are only for us so not a problem.
I spoke to our eldest son last night and he sounded really rough, with a bad cough. They have both been so busy as they complete on the sale of his mother in law’s house on Tuesday. Our daughter in law’s sister has been making things really difficult for them. Their mother’s carers in the care home heard her sister upsetting their mother and she didn’t eat for two days afterwards. Although given the opportunity to pick up anything she wanted from the house, she is now demanding stuff to be sent to her at their earliest convenience. She is so disruptive and has held up the sale several times. The buyer must be a very patient chap.
