Breaking The Ice

Though we have had two days of very mild weather the thaw is not complete. Ollie dog was pleased to be able to resume paddling in the lake and enjoyed fishing out a big piece of ice.

I made the filling for a Jack Horner's pie which we will have when our son is here over the Christmas holiday.
