A ride on the Santa Special

This year we once again went on the local steam railway's Santa Special to meet Father Christmas and some special friends of his.  We had a full family turn out and I don't think that anyone enjoyed the day more than Stella-Rose, who mostly smiled and laughed but occasionally had a look of wonder on her face.
I'm pretty sure that I took this picture myself, on my phone:  I gave my camera to The Son who took many pictures,  as I couldn't  manage with both The Stick and an absolutely stinking cold.  No matter the cold.  It was a lovely day.
