Heat-free

Well there may be a worse time for an oven to go on the blink but I’m struggling to think of one! Something blew 15 minutes in to me baking this loaf and tripped the circuit breaker. I reset it and thought all was OK but returned to an unbaked loaf and a cooling oven. Ho hum. Thankfully I managed to get it going on another setting so at least the bread is baked but I’m a bit nervous about its upcoming planned Christmas activities. I’d better get some contingency planning underway.
