Christmas Shopping

Into town to get some Euros, then we swung by S’s brother for a while before heading back to town for a few errands. But as the excitement was building towards a major grocery shop we decided the weather was just too naff and shelved that. Such is our holiday flexibility. The beer store on the other hand is only a few hundred yards away and neither wind nor rain could keep me from raiding its tempting stacks and shelves.
They also couldn’t keep us from meeting up with friends for dinner and enjoying an excellent evening. My first couple of Weißbier went down a treat so the newly purchased stock remains untouched. For now.
