Eco Cracker novelty

This is the third attempt at loading a blip tonight and I'm almost  asleep...

Dinner with my Dad and Stepmum, just as lovely as usual.

But today has been awful.  

Early this morning my back went into spasm :(   

I tried to work but couldn't, so have been between sofa, floor and bed lying flat with alternate heat and ice packs...

What a day!
