Window Dressing

Busy morning. First there was the case of the missing mince pies! Corrected by another batch baked but half squirrelled away for now. Flapjack made. Red cabbage, apple and onion plus spices slow cooked so it can be quickly reheated as required.

A quick wander to get a few extras to alleviate a last minute dash to the shops. Then presents wrapped. The boiler replacement is booked in for the end of January.

Matthew popped in on his way to see his friends widow. He and his friends are ensuring that they are there to offer any support when it is needed. They are a really close knit friendship group.

Not much time for photos so popped across the road to the Dentist. Liked the festive buildings and lounging gnome.
