Notes: Went for a run along the beach in the dark, just a shimmer of daybreak as I was getting back - cool and light fog. Went to Andy's in the morning as she was having trouble w/ her TV channels again but turns out the router had to be reset. I helped her with that and then headed to storage to look for a few things, didn't take nearly long enough. We took the new teal resin adirondack chairs across the street (Steve & Adele had headed out) and set them up with a red bow in place of the old cracked ones. I then prepped and roasted the beets, made the salad dressing and toasted the walnuts - this is my masterpiece for the day and was delicious: arugula & arugula microgreens topped with warm roasted beets, fresh pomegranate, toasted walnuts, goat cheese and Baja Gold salt (dressing of EVOO/MCT oil, fresh lemon and agave). Then had to make ground beef taco/burrito for Bette (did not eat any of that). Lovely rain came in early evening ... bringing COLD weather for FL!
