Flying the plane

I headed out first thing this morning to a water fitness class which was great fun as usual.  I managed to speak to my friend who was in the gym but there was no time for a coffee.  Back home there had been lots of discussion on where to take our grandson especially since the weather wasn't too good.  In the end my husband and I dropped them in Budleigh for a short walk while we went to the pop up farm shop.  We had tried to visit the shop earlier but they were closed due to flooding of the River Otter. They had been allowed to use the offices from the restoration project which were accessible.  Given that they had many customers who had ordered Christmas food including turkeys there must have been a lot of anxiety over selling their produce.  Hopefully all will go well for them.

After lunch we took our grandson to Exmouth where he enjoyed playing in the playground.  This shot was taken of him flying a wooden plane.

Our daughter finished working today so everyone is now on holiday which is great.
