Christmas lights

A busy morning packing our cases and then the car so we could drive to our daughter's for Christmas.  We left late morning and had a straightforward drive.  

Our grandchildren were delighted to see us and we spent the rest of the day playing with them.  Great to also spend time with our daughter and her husband.  We had a relaxed evening meal once the children were in bed.  

It's a great to be ready for Christmas several days beforehand.  I am usually wrapping presents Christmas Eve.  I took this shot of one of their neighbours Christmas lights for todays blip.
