The main photo shows the Nativity scene from a 15th century German tapestry depicting the story of the Magi in five scenes. The birth of Jesus, the star appears, the journey of the Wise Men, their visit and finally them resting ... three to a bed!
The extras are the whole tapestry and the Wise Men having their rest after their visit.
