Best laid plans!

Last night we b&b 'd in Halifax...

This morning we drove about 10 miles to our daughter's in Hebden Bridge. ( see today's blip )

Just before we arrived, Jim took a Covid test...
Positive!!!

After the initial shock, we went for a nice walk in the sunshine with Tam...then we had delicious chestnut soup...then we exchanged presents with Tam ( Jim kept out of the way... ).

Then we drove home...( 3hours + )

Worse things happen at sea.
