Merry Christmas to All...

and to all a good night! 

It has been a wild lead-up to Christmas here.. Blizzard conditions...road and freeway closures, multi-vehicle accidents, border crossings closed to the USA, and not just problems on roads. There is havoc on the rails too. We have trains stranded because of trees that have fallen on railroad tracks and switches that have frozen, leaving passengers stranded in them for 18 hours and more .. oh yes, and chaos at the airports! Delays and cancellations....

But here by the fire in the lights of the Christmas tree, all is well...and soon I will settle down for a long winter's nap...
