Christmas Eve

Traditional Christmas Eve programme including the boys decorating the tree and taking presents to the boys' local godfathers' families and candles to the graves (Ylöjärvi church in the extra #1). The new thing this year was that Jussi did all the driving!

In the evening dinner and Santa's visit at my brother's house. Not only us and the grandparents there, but also sister-in-law's sisters with their families and her parents. Having all of them in one place is a gathering that doesn't happen often these days, as one of her nephews is studying in Boston, and there were a couple of boyfriends, too. Must have been quite an experience for the Turkish exchange student staying with them!
