Funny

For all my dread and angst, today was probably one of the better Christmas days. It helped that the BiL stepped up (finally) and did all the collection / delivery  duties for the MiL, and Himself and I were remarkably well prepared yesterday

The MiL was on good form,and seemed to enjoy herself too. 

Obviously both 20yo's turned up with hangovers but that's part of life at their age. Having done it myself many times I'm am entirely unsympathetic. :-)

Himself was not impressed with his present from his brother. We all found it very, very funny.

The best bit is having an entirely clear and clean kitchen before 7pm.
