Spinach Shallot Quiche

The photo is nothing.  But the flavor and texture of this quiche was outstanding.  It's made with heavy cream (sigh) the egg, a pinch of nutmeg, a bit of cayenne a little s&p and guyere cheese.  The shallots are caramelized but not browned...delicious.  All the food was good but this was the stand out even though it was a crust from Whole Foods.
