Run in the park

I slept badly last night but we'd arranged a run and I was glad I went, though we did have to watch out for the icy patches.
Mr Rat's nephew and family called in this afternoon en route from Aberdeen to Edinburgh (before they return to W Midlands tomorrow) and it was nice to see them for a short catch up.
Otherwise I've not done a lot and can't even waste much time online as the internet is very poor and keeps dropping out altogether. Hope this posts.
