We got there . . .

. . . at last. A very long, slow and tedious journey - so many people travelling about today. But we made it to Kent at last and the family, plus dogs, were waiting for us.

Ella had her 11th birthday a few days ago and we had brought her some presents, mainly art related as that is definitely the way she is heading. I had made her a fabric stitched book, which she seemed to like.

Now we are in the Sevenoaks Premier Inn and are looking forward to a family gathering tomorrow.
