CHRISTMAS DAY…

…is like our Boxing Day as The Rev is in the hospital and then on call all day! It was the first year ever we didn’t have O all day…but he went to his girlfriend’s family.
The Rev went to work and I was alone…it was quite strange but I took Daisy for a walk, sorted out a couple of bits for tomorrow and then collected Oksana as she was joining us to serve Christmas dinners at the local hospice.
We have missed it for the last 2 years due to the pandemic but it was good to be back. Only 40 covers so we weren’t really busy. 3 patients joined us and they were all in good spirits. The Rev joined us at 12:30.

#Christmas tree number 1…lots of gifts to share at Mums. She laid on a lovely buffet and it was delicious. J had joined her earlier to help???

# O and A (his new girlfriend) joined us in the evening…and we prepped for our big day on Boxing Day.

Before bedtime we put out the stockings and hoped Santa would make a Christmas Day visit!?!?!? :))))
