Had to have an early walk to the shop because we were out of various things (like loo roll). It was quite nice to have some fresh air but we were both very groggy all morning - Christmas slightly broke us.

We exchanged our gifts to each other, an extra mini Christmas, then Matt put up his present from Stace and Si - a huge hammock. We both fit in it together quite comfortably. He’s very excited for the summer when it can go in the garden. We kept it up long enough for Bill and Maddy to inspect, when they popped down with a couple of things (and Beano for a Xmas hug, of course).

A lazy afternoon to go with the lazy morning, we caught up on all the Christmas specials we’d missed. I’m sad I have work tomorrow and Matt can stay and play with his new toys.
