Watching together

An all too rare event when we all get to watch a bit of television together. Tonight we had such an opportunity after dinner this evening. That was delicious, but the 'pudding' is a family favourite - people will come for miles for Gail's Tiramisu. I suspect Jonathan was worried we might eat his if he went somewhere else, even for just a few minutes. He's not wrong. So, he sat there watching the Voice (a bit of an oxymoron I suspect) for twenty minutes before we moved on to the gorgeous afters!

The day has been quite busy so dinner was very welcome.

The most filthy but rewarding job outside got done. The back of the house faces North East. Over the winter the patio and walls get covered with grime and algae, and if left, become quite unsightly and slippy. I've normally done the annual cleaning with the jet washer by early April. Running a bot late due to the weather so far this year. Today was the day - the forecast was sun followed by rain. As I was going to get wet anyway, it was the perfect day for the annual scrub up.
