Roulade

Mrs S makes a fabulous roulade and here she is taking a photo of it to send to a friend. Add a scoop of good vanilla ice cream and drizzle over some Tesco Finest Pedro Ximenez sherry (https://www.tesco.com/groceries/en-GB/products/299817705) and, for me, I’m in heaven.
