Loch Venachar

I left Doune after a toasted panettone (made from scratch by Granny Peebles, I really can’t compete) breakfast, and after Liv had cheerily departed for nursery.
The weather was terrible and the side roads still snowy, however I made it to Callander and stocked up at the Mhor Bakery without any drama. I drove along Loch Venachar and got my blip on a small beach which in summer is  a  great swim spot. Amazingly the Coop in Aberfoyle had screen wash, there is a dearth in Glasgow.
Back home well before dark to more mail than I’ve had for ages and accompanying admin. Dealt with most of it almost immediately which felt positive.
