Christmas Books

What a day - especially following on from yesterday.  Wet, chilly and rather windy on occasion.  With that prospect outside, we elected to stay inside.
Santa brought me some books, and two of them were collections of paintings by a very, very talented artist - Malcolm Root.
I love books like this.  I have zero talent in the field of drawing/painting so I enjoy the incredible detail artists like him can incorporate into their paintings. Two books to enjoy over and over again.
(You may notice the dust covers are a little scuffed - that's because the books came from World of Books at a much reduced price compared to a brand new publication. Only the dust covers show any hint of being second-hand - in every other aspect they are pristine).
