Treadmill Time

Today has been such a dark, dismal, wet and windy day that I just couldn't see any point straying beyond the confines of Maison MD.  It's at times like this that the treadmill comes into its own.... :-)

Update: 7.30pm and we're in the middle of a fairly dramatic thunderstorm...
