Crumb Cake

Yum. One of my favorite things to have with a cup of tea! Those crumbs on top are made with brown sugar and butter and are absolutely delicious!

I always thought when people in Europe had afternoon tea they always had tea and crumpets (not sure what a crumpet is, lol) but Mr K and I just watched “Last Tango in Halifax” - which we loved - but when they had afternoon tea it was more like lunch. Now I’m totally confused.
