Missed It!

A lovely walk through the lanes round town at lunchtime today.  We walked from home, first passing Wharf station - extra pic - the 130 train simmering gently before departure.   Meg had a run in the field at Vaenol, sheep free today so she could be let off her lead, before we headed round to Ty Mawr where I thought we might see the train at the bridge.   We took a couple of minutes too long getting there!

Another gentle kind of day, nice to take things more slowly for a bit.  Tilda and Jamie doing their own thing one more time before Tilda heads North to see other friends for New Year.  I've made Broccoli and Stilton soup and roast a chicken for tea.  More biscuits may be baked later :-)
