More frost damage

I've had to pull out and/or compost quite a few frost-damaged plants last week and this week (beetroot, dahlia tubers, young kale) and it looks like my 6 purple sprouting brocoli plants are gone too. The stems feel too soft for my liking. Sad days...

It's a blow but I suppose in harsh winters, you can't start anything in autumn.
