New Year's Day: Golden Hour Triptych

I thought this triptych would nicely sum the lovely light we've had today.

On the left: Sunrise as I was on my way for the morning paper.

In the centre: Lovely light on trees in the Rising Sun Park during "golden hour" on our afternoon walk .

On the right: Sunset from the top of the Rising Sun hill (that sounds odd: sunset at the Rising Sun!!).

We hope this lovely New Year light is a good omen for 2023 to be a much better year for the world than the last few.
