Lemon Pandoro

M and I enjoyed a fun New Year’s Eve celebration with friends B, H & M. After a glass or two of champagne we had a very long fun game of Trivial Pursuit interspersed with various savouries and cakes to keep us going. One of which was this Italian limoncello Pandora which we cut into sections and then layered with mascarpone and lemon curd.
