I woke up with such a bad headache. Went to do the shopping and realised that driving with two blocked ears is not a good idea.

My hearing is all muffled and ears are crackling, I keep trying to relieve the pressure. Steroid nasal spray purchased to hopefully reduce the inflammation. 

I know from experience there is no point in going to the doctors until I have had sinusitis for a while and gone yep tried all the self help stuff.

In fun news new controller arrived for the Xbox today, the small one now has his very own gamer profile. We have been playing paw patrol grand Prix and a classic ninja turtles game. 

We also had a visit from our friend which is always nice. Planning our next trip to see them in Wales for another holiday because last year we finally made it to Wales we finally had our first holiday and we can't wait to go back.
