Stopping and starting

I have been getting bit behind with this and rather than trying to catch up in one go, I'm going to fill in the gap a bit at a time. 
It has been a wet day, but also the first day back at work, so I have been catching up on the things that weren't finished before Christmas. After dinner I went for a walk around the block to get some fresh air. This is a habit I want to get back into.
I have also resisted a 20% off everything at a certain plant and seed company that keeps emailing me.
Forecast for tomorrow is better, so hoping to get up to the allotment at lunch time.
