Boys night in

Still feeling crap with the cough so a lie in. It was raining heavy all morning, but we took the dogs for a short walk so J could see if the tailor was open, they weren’t impressed with the rain and having their coats on. Spent the rest of the day getting desert ready for New Year Eve and J made curry for New Year’s day with the left over goose and soup from the left over veg. Popped up to John Lewis so J could buy some under bed storage bags, I was waiting by the entrance for J to look at make-up and heard someone say “they look like Spanish Water Dogs” being surprised I turned around and nodded at them. Seems they had had one for 13 years but it had sadly died a couple of years ago but they are thinking of getting another one. The dogs had lots of fuss from staff and other people, Darwin was good but got a bit too excited later on and had a couple of little excited woofs. J took Kilda to the pub to meet up with the girls while Darwin and I had a boy’s night in watching the Ghosts Christmas special and then Top Gun Maverick. J got back about halfway through the film and wanted to watch it so we started it again.
