Stormy sea

Went for a walk this afternoon down to the front! So different from yesterday! Nobody swimming! Was walking along the sea wall and watched a wave swoop over the wall and float straight into the shelter in which a cyclist was sheltering from the rain!

He had an unexpected cold shower! I had noticed the roiling waters and the crashing of the waves but I had never seen that happen before!

The ship had been moved to a more secure mooring where I could not get a photo so ghe blip today is the shoreline with the wave race!
