Late Afternoon Light

Following advice we had been given on Wednesday, we headed to A&E yesterday evening. It was really busy, but fortunately because of J’s vulnerability they found a place for her away from other people.

I returned first thing and spent much of the day and evening with J. Late afternoon I had a walk outside. I discovered that the Sankey Valley Park was very close by, so explored a section of that. These trees were catching the light from the setting sun, and looked dramatic against the grey sky and reflected in the adjoining remnant of the Sankey Canal.
