I met my niece J after she finished work and came back to my house for a cuppa and a chat. I gave her a turquoise mala , and the gifts for her sisters 21st birthday tomorrow.
Andy and I cooked a daal together , lots of ginger , garlic and spices in it . It was delicious. A perfect winter warmer.
We watched an interesting programme on C4 about a year in space. Images of the earth taken from space - and scientific research using these images. For example they were able to see where new colonies of penguins were living in the Antarctic , and study the great migration of millions of Wildebeest in Africa.
