Gulls versus Ducks

A bit of a nothing day, really, apart from a drive out to Baldoyle and Portmarnock for a bit of a blip-walk. The weather was changeable, to say the least - bright sunshine one minute, rain the next; dark clouds in the distance one minute, dark clouds overhead the next ...

My main stop was between Baldoyle and Portmarnock, at a spot where ducks and geese congregate. Somebody was feeding the ducks, so there lots of them around, as well as gulls who always know a good thing when they sense it. The ducks didn't have much of a chance with the gulls around.

It's time for a bit of evening TV, then off to bed.
