I do both!

Off to the gym this morning,, but the flesh wasn't as willing as the spirit. Saw Cath, Des & Vic, and they felt much the same, but we did it. I walked to town afterwards. First stop was WHSmith as J wanted a Narrow gauge magazine, something new he wants to explore, and then the  butchers in the market, to get some of their delicious faggot's. J phoned me while I was in Boots, to say he was on the way home, and did I want a lift? I didn't, as it would have meant waiting, and I was near the bus station. He was home just before me, but he had made the coffee, which was very welcome. Another grey dreary day, but still very mild.
