Bird-Spotting Walk

A mild, dry day, so I went for a slightly longer lunchtime walk. I hardly met anyone else, but spotted a lot of birds: Buzzards and a kestrel, green and great spotted woodpeckers, jays, crows, magpies, and of course lots of little songbirds like blackbirds, robins, great tits, green finches, and a tiny wren. 

I need to take my proper camera with me on these walks, the mobile just doesn't work for wildlife blips. The kestrel let me come quite close before flying away, but it's hardly visible in the photo - so I added a helpful pointer...
