Surprises

Yes it may have been Monday, and yes I may have had the joy of the moving car park of the M42, but today has actually been quite good. A very productive meeting which was a surprise, as I thought it might have been a battle.

My mind has been full of ideas today as well, and no there's not plenty of space in there as one of my friends suggested, and I feel energised and excited! More surprises to come this year I feel.

In other news my back has survived another cycle ride, so things are looking good. I may try and go for a run tomorrow or Wednesday night before my next osteopath appointment.
