“A cold coming we had of it, just the worst ….”

TS Eliot’s poem always comes to mind at Epiphany. It also reminds us of the year we went to Krakow to join The Procession of the Kings in the Old Town when we lived in Warsaw. If you travel east from Krakow the next substantial city is Lviv. Formerly a Polish city and now Ukrainian. As our Christmas tree lights are extinguished for another year our thoughts turn eastwards tonight and wish all in Ukraine as peaceful a Christmas as possible .
