Crowd Control

I was fortunate enough to be a marshall at the Celebrity Cup at the Celtic Manor last weekend. Friday was a practice day, so there weren't that many visitors and for Colin Montgomerie's first masterclass of the weekend I was stationed at the front of the green of the course's 9th and final hole. This was one of the only sunny moments of the entire weekend, the rest being very very cold, wet and windy.

My job was to make sure there was no-one walking up the fairway. I wasn't busy.
