I felt well enough to go to the local Co-op this evening, having had a largely wasted day with brain fog. Tested negatively for covid which was positive. But something wasn’t right, as you can see. Glitch in the Matrix. 

Lots of mood swings today. That always happens when I’m a bit under the weather.
