Talk to the Hand

A game that started in beautiful sunshine, ended with heavy cloud overhead and the rain coming down.  The ISO setting had gone up from 640 to 32000 in this image and you can only marvel at the ability of the modern sensors to capture detail without much degradation by noise.

It was an enthralling game between Bloxwich RFC and Burton-upon-Trent's 3rd team.  The lead changed hands regularly throughout the second half with Burton scoring a last minute try to win.  A thoroughly enjoyable game to watch and get a few photos.  Bloxwich prioritise their forward game and here was a typical rumble up the pitch, with a mismatch in size between one of their forwards and the opposition's number 15.  To give him credit he did tackle the player, stopping his advance.
