Elderflower Wine

Today's the day ..................... to sample

Will decided to try some of his 2022 Elderflower Wine, that has been maturing away since June in its five gallon barrel.  

I tried some too - and I have to tell you that it is already delicious.  It is honey-coloured and crystal clear, with a deeply mellow taste that is not too sweet.  It's delicious with a splash of tonic and some ice, as an aperitif - or simply on its own.

I think 2022 is his best year yet ....................!
